Depicting a glass sand timer showing us the lifespan from the cradle to the grave.
At first glance it’s seemingly macabre, but once we understand that lifespan time, we can fulfil and live our lives in a full manner.
Another layer of the artwork is the glass sand timer hurtling through the universe and through other consciousness’ making us ponder about life after death.
Hand drawn on Daler Rowney 250gsm paper using acrylic paint and fineliner pen.
Measures a standard A4 size (29.7cm X 21cm).
