This was influenced by an Inktober Instagram challenge, the prompt being “dragonfly”.
The dragonfly is a very spiritual insect. Throughout the world, they are viewed as symbols of self-realization, transformation, and change – even rebirth.
I decided to depict it as a goddess, in an art nouveau style!
This original work is in the medium of pen and acrylic paint, and is A3 in size.
