🥀Depicting the toxic flower Aconite, the queen of poisonous plants, also known as wolf’s bane.
🥀In Greek mythology, the goddess Hecate is said to have invented aconite, which Athena used to transform Arachne into a spider. Also, Medea attempted to poison Theseus with a cup of wine poisoned with wolf’s bane.
🥀Hand drawn on Daler Rowney 250gsm paper using acrylic paint and fineliner pens.
🥀Measures a standard A3 size (40cm X 29.7cm).
